On these sessions ALine will ride with teams and work through a series of exercises to help riders reduce their energy “leak” and therefore go faster for longer.

SATURDAY - OFF THE TRACK

On the Saturday we will be running a number of fun skill specific sessions. Check out the menu and times below. These sessions are for individuals to book in to and are limited to 8 places.

3 PRINCIPLES OF CORNERING WHICH WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE.

Cornering is the greatest skill in mountain biking. Ask any pro rider what they want to improve and cornering is always right up there. On this hour session we will work through a cornering progression and instil not just what to practice but how to practice. Riders can continue to develop months after this session.

Time slots 11am-12pm, 2pm-3pm, 4pm-5pm.

LEARN TO WHEELIE IN 20 MINS

The wheelie is great fun to practice and can make the most mundane fire road climb a skill building exercise. Practicing wheelies can improve your fine brake control and your balance. Come out with ALine and we will show you how to practice.  Riders must be on flat pedals or able to pedal unclipped.

12pm - 12.20pm, 3pm - 3.20pm, 5pm - 5.20pm

CONCENTRATED PURPOSEFUL PRACTICE - “MESSING ABOUT”

Why "messing about" isn’t really "messing about" and how it could transform your riding. Come out with ALine and we will show you how and give you some Fundamental techniques to take away and practice. No matter how good you are there is always more to do!

12.30pm - 1.15pm, 3.20pm - 4pm, 5.20pm - 6pm.

If you don't manage to book in don't worry, come over and have a chat, we will be at the main Go-Outdoors tent.

See you all there hopefully!
